#### **Parameters:**

**QUANTITY|TAG** - integer block number, or the string "latest"

**Object** - tracer

* **tracer: string** - the type of tracer. Currently supports `callTracer` and `prestateTracer`

#### **Returns:**

**Array** - Block traces
